Bandages and scars

The incision is usually made behind the ear, so that the resulting scar is practically invisible. From this incision, the surgeon reshapes the cartilage and reduces the depth of the shell. Seemingly simple intervention, however, requires delicacy and thoroughness.

It is often used a bandage modeling ears to cure in the correct position. Similarly, once removed, you should use a band or ribbon to sleep for a period of approximately one month. The result is permanent and reddish scars often remain in the first six months, to begin to clear and to hide from that time.
